Positive Care Solution CQC Semi Regulated solution provides care in the community for 11-25 year olds with moderate – mild mental health difficulties, learning difficulties and complex behaviours, neurological conditions such as ASC and eating disorders.
We provide dynamic solutions to Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) and Local Authorities (LA) to bridge a gap in providing effective solutions that address the needs of the service user in a therapeutic, person centred, service user led approach.
Our Semi Regulated Solutions have benefitted Local Authorities and CCG’s by bridging the gap in providing therapeutic care packages for service users in the community for meeting the demands for emergency, bridging provisions, short-medium term and long-term provisions.
Positive Care Solutions have assisted CCG’s in providing dynamic care packages for service users who have been on delayed discharges from mental health facilities by providing therapeutic care in a community setting that helps the service user integrate back into the community and to take steps in living a more independent fulfilled life.

How Do The Semi-Regulated Solutions Work?
The Local Authority / CCG are responsible for:
Overall management of the placement lies with the Local Authority/ CCG as they have to have oversight of:

+ Property maintenance and management
+ Overseeing multi-agency case management

Devising a service user care plan to meet the needs of the service user and implementation of this by:
