Here at Positive Care Solutions we continuously recruit Care Support staff, on part time and full-time basis, to provide Outreach Support services to a variety of service users, across a range of settings. We provide tailored support to children, young adults and families in crisis.
One day you might be working with a young person on the edge of care, assisting them to achieve their own set goals and outcomes whilst learning new skills and gaining independence. The next day you may be working in a crisis facility with a service user that is hard to reach and engage, needing support with their mental health and assistance.
We welcome all applications including those with little to no experience as all our care support staff will be providing with full and thorough training across a range of disciplines and specialisms. The role is open to self-employed and PAYE applicants and is dependent on receipt of references and enhanced disclosure. Driving is not essential but is preferred.
